Sienna Vale provides custom photo book and album creation services. We design, print, and bind personalised albums based on photographs and specifications provided by our clients.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your order by Sienna Vale.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment terms will be provided upon order confirmation.

By submitting images to us, you grant Sienna Vale a limited licence to use, reproduce, and modify your images solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned album. We will not use your images for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.
You retain all ownership rights to your original images. Our licence to use your images terminates upon project completion and delivery of your album.
We will provide digital proofs of your album layout for your approval. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully and notifying us of any errors or desired changes.
Once you approve a final design, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase, but reserve the right to charge additional fees if extensive rework is required after initial approval.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We will inform you of expected completion dates, but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
We ship albums via tracked courier services. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. We recommend insuring high-value orders.
You must inspect your album upon delivery and notify us of any damage or defects within 7 days. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
We maintain high quality standards and inspect all albums before shipping. However, minor variations in colour, binding, and materials are inherent to handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.
Colour representation may vary slightly from digital proofs due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.
You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund, minus any design fees already incurred.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for full payment.
If your album arrives with manufacturing defects, we will replace it at no charge. This does not include minor variations or changes you wish to make after approval.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sienna Vale's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

The design layouts we create for your albums are our intellectual property, though you receive the physical product and may photograph or share it freely.
